Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist I to support various functions within the Human Resources department, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and efficiently resolve employee relation issues.
- Administer employee benefit programs and conduct salary analyses.
- Coordinate the recruitment process and facilitate employee orientations.
- Assist in identifying training needs and maintain accurate employment records.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional lifting and regular attendance.
