Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.
Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
You will also be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training sessions, and handling employee inquiries.
Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.
