URGENT HIRING
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Job Description:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment process
- Source applicants through various channels
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Coordinate final interviews
- Process employment requirements
- Basic knowledge of DOLE regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s preferred
Experience: 1 year as HR Generalist preferred
Language: English preferred
