Job Description
Role Description: The Human Resources Generalist will manage HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Discipline Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- 1 year in Sourcing, particularly in prescreening.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Remote work capability.
- Experience in IT, especially networking and cybersecurity, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
