Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working as an HR generalist or HR staff.
- Experience working in the Auto or insurance company is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
- Develop and oversee new hire onboarding efforts, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data.
- May help facilitate the candidate selection process.
