Job Description
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process and issue employment contracts.
- Conduct timekeeping and manage HR management team calendars.
- Oversee completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and new staff orientations.
- Produce reports on general HR activity, process payroll, and complete termination paperwork.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
HR Assistant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, 2 years of experience, strong communication skills.
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Works well under pressure, computer literate, fantastic organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Opportunities for promotion, pay raise
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, overtime pay
