Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and benefits administration. You will be the go-to person for our employees, ensuring their needs are met and promoting a positive work environment.
Working closely with various departments, you will facilitate the recruitment process by sourcing and selecting qualified candidates. You will also handle onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into our team.
Another key aspect of your role will be managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts. You will proactively promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture and implement programs to improve employee morale and engagement.
You will also be responsible for performance management, assisting managers in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. Additionally, you will contribute to policy development, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with prior experience in an HR role, is preferred.
