Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- With extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and policy creation and implementation.
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Team player/Potential Leader
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting HR managers and other personnel within the human resources team
- Handling employee data, benefits, incentives, and compensation
- Managing hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Improving employee relations and motivation
- Organizing compliance and knowledge training
- Monitoring HR department budget and payroll
- Maintaining employee handbook and HR procedures manual
- Answering employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
