Job Description
Job Summary: Provide administrative handling and monitoring of labor/disciplinary issues for South Luzon and assigned Areas, including external complaints, internal precedents, and legal policy implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor labor-related activities.
- Consolidate LR reports.
- Assist in investigations and resolutions of Major Offense cases.
- Recommend disciplinary actions based on precedents.
- Guide leaders in handling administrative cases.
- Ensure consistency of sanctions across areas.
- Participate in Grievance/LMC/CBA meetings.
- Conduct training related to labor relations.
Job Specification: 4-year course graduate, 1-2 years’ experience, in-depth knowledge of company policies, and strong English proficiency.
