Job Description
Maintain employee data and keep updated accounts of all employment records.
Administer compensation materials, and benefits program.
Support daily operations of busy human resources department.
Mentor employees through personal and professional issues.
Ensure confidentiality of all personnel, office, and employment records.
Provide administrative support with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, prepare Premiums and Employees’ BIR alphalist.
Train and onboard new employees and conduct orientation for new staff hired.
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.
Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
