Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development
- Provide HR-related support to employees
- Promote efficient HR programs
- Assist in developing HR policies
- Manage performance and analyze HR metrics
- Organize employee reviews and maintain records
- Enhance job satisfaction and ensure compliance
Requirements and Skills
- Proven HR Generalist experience
- Understanding of HR policies and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office & Gsuites
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration
- Additional HR training is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
