Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Makati. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
