Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and manage the employment process.
- Orient new employees and train existing staff.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee health and safety protocols for all employees.
- Implement systematic staff development initiatives.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records electronically.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php 15,00.00 per month
