Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the overall HR functions of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in creating and implementing training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular HR reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
