Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions related to employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Handling employee onboarding, including orientation programs and ensuring new hires have a smooth integration into the company.
- Developing and implementing effective training and development programs for our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assisting in performance management initiatives, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance for employee career development.
- Handling employee relations matters and addressing any concerns or grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
