Job Description
- Lead talent acquisition and facilitate the effective management of talents from pre-employment screening to onboarding
- Lead implementation of company HR policies and procedures
- Oversee processes on employee timekeeping, payroll, and benefits
- Monitor and execute employee counseling and disciplinary actions
- Ensure that all administrative requirements in all facets of HR management functions are met
