Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team at OSM Manufacturing Philippines Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR duties to ensure smooth operations of our workforce.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- BSBA or any related field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
