Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage comprehensive HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The position entails developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting training initiatives, and advising managers on HR matters.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Preferred: familiarity with labor laws and HRIS. Applicants should be proactive, discreet, and team-oriented.
