Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Payroll and Compensation/Benefits to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, administering employee compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring they are fairly compensated for their work. You will be responsible for processing payroll on a timely and accurate basis, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions, and maintaining payroll records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

In addition, you will be in charge of administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. You will work closely with employees to answer their questions, facilitate enrollment, and resolve any issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of payroll and compensation practices, as well as solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations. You should also possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
