What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any Human Resource Management related courses
- Experience as HR Generalist for at least 2 years
- Business oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, forward-thinking, and confidentiality commitment
- Background in financing industry is a plus
- Willing to start ASAP

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Eastern Mindanao Region
- Handle local HR matters and employee relationships
- Provide support for the entire employee lifecycle
