Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee HR policies
- Advise on employment law
- Manage employee relations
- Review and update policies
- Conduct employee investigations
- Deliver HR training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- HR compliance experience
