Job Description
RMA Properties and Prime Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Brgy. Pampanga, Davao City. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields, along with at least one year of HR experience. A willingness to be trained and availability for an 8-hour shift is essential.
Your responsibilities will include Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Employee Relations.
This full-time position offers monthly pay from Php 12,506.00 to Php 13,00.00, plus a 13th-month salary. Proficiency in English is preferred.
