Job Description
Skills Preparation Co. is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team in Makati City. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Operations Management, Office Administration, or similar courses, with at least 1 year of related work experience.
The role involves preparing and updating employee files, providing feedback, creating reports, and analyzing team performance engagement. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned. Candidates must be willing to work onsite and start ASAP.
We offer a full-time position with a monthly pay starting from Php20,00.00, flexible schedules, health and life insurance, opportunities for promotion, paid training, and more.
