Job Description
SolarMaxx Corp. is seeking a reliable HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding and exits for office and field staff; maintain HR files; monitor attendance, leave and overtime; support payroll and statutory remittances (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR); ensure DOLE compliance; address employee relations; support training activities; and assist with office administration.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; 1–2 years HR/admin experience; knowledge of Philippine labor law; excellent communication, organizational skills, and strict confidentiality.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person. Compensation: PHP 22,00–24,00 per month.
