Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and assisting in various HR functions.
You will be responsible for managing employee recruitment and selection processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring the smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will handle employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Furthermore, you will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also be involved in employee training and development programs, promoting a positive work environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are key for this role. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR.
