Job Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives
- Support employees in HR-related topics and resolve issues
- Promote HR programs for an efficient workplace
- Manage performance assessments and gather HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Psychology or relevant field
- 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
