Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role and a degree in Human Resources or related field are preferred.
