Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR policy enforcement.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, assisting in performance appraisal processes, and ensuring HR compliances. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in HR software and a solid understanding of labor laws are preferred.
