Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, maintaining employee records, fostering employee relations, and supporting performance management initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of HR experience. Strong communication skills, a commitment to integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Familiarity with payroll processing is a distinct advantage.
