Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and controlling human resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management, and other related functions. The main objective is to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among the management and its employees within the mall and the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinance, and labor Laws of Code.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee relations at operational and strategic levels, with the purpose of facilitating an organizational culture of high performance, integrity, and employee participation.
- Ensures compliance with government rules related to human resources.
- Provides necessary assistance in labor/employment issues and concerns.
- Designs innovative methods to measure and analyze the level of employee satisfaction.
- Driver of employee change and engagement initiatives towards employee retention.
- Manages and reviews all HR communication materials (such as announcements, policies) to ensure consistency, clarity, and effective branding of employee services.
- Tracks metrics on employee development and promotion, attrition, and satisfaction.
