Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join us as the HR Head. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, HR Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably at the Assistant Manager or Manager level.
In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing a positive workplace culture and spearheading HR transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on enhancing employee relations, optimizing performance management, and implementing effective HR policies.
This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, including health and life insurance, company events, and a 13th-month salary. The role requires in-person attendance during the day shift.
