Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Spend days working with employees, partners, and clients to ensure a positive working experience for all.
- Identify key organizational issues and develop strategies for effective human capital management.
- Create a robust recruitment process and employer branding strategy.
- Establish culture activities aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Develop short and long term human capital strategies for business success.
- Provide strategic advice to management on personnel and organizational matters.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to build skilled teams.
- Implement an effective performance management system and employee scoring tools.
- Manage employee relations, day-to-day needs, and enforce codes of conduct.
- Host company events and ensure compliance with government agencies.
- Create routine reports for senior management.
