Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Head. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organization’s goals and objectives
  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent
  • Overseeing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
  • Designing and implementing performance management systems
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Developing and managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR related matters
