Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing processes including recruiting and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Location: Betterliving Don Bosco, Paranaque
