Job Description
SUPERL PHILIPPINES, INC. is currently looking for a committed individual to join our team as an HR Industrial Relations Specialist. The selected candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality guidance on company policies while effectively managing employee grievances.
Key responsibilities encompass addressing incident reports, preparing disciplinary action notices, maintaining confidential employee records, and collaborating with the HR manager to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will generate statistical reports on industrial-labor relations and undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned.
