Job Description
Our company is currently looking for interns in the Human Resources and Administration Department. The HR interns will assist in tasks like recruitment and timekeeping.
Key responsibilities:
- Timekeeping: Assist the HR Assistant in preparing employees’ time record
- Recruitment: Source candidates
- Conduct paper screening and perform interviews
- Schedule candidates for exams and interviews
- Assist in test administration and check their assessments
- Encode applicant’s data in a database
- Assist in other clerical tasks such as filing
- Employee relations: Assist in any HR activities and/or events
- Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Degree Program:
- Human Resources Management
- BS/BA Psychology
- Any equivalent degree program
Other Qualifications:
- Hours to render: minimum of 150 hours
- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City)
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and a team player
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be presentable and with a pleasing personality
- Willing to start immediately
