Job Summary:
Filinvest is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, hands-on experience, and involvement in various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing HR files and provide administrative support.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Attend HR meetings, take notes, and support day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a relevant college course.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ready for on-site work and immediate availability.
