Job Description
Are you interested to apply as an HR Intern and explore trainings around Human Resources function and capability? You might be the one we’re looking for.
What is the Job all about?
You will be mainly responsible in supporting the HR Team in digitalization of employee files and other HR related tasks.
This role will be directly reporting to the Regional HR Manager, with guidance of the Country HR Responsible and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Your main responsibilities:
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by Country HR Manager, Country HR Responsible, and Country HR Coordinator
- Performing clerical activities including organizing, reviewing, and auditing employee documents and folders. Converting hard copies of employee files to soft copy/digital files/folders.
Checking and completing missing mandatory required documentations by following up with relevant employees.
- Performing adhoc HR Admin related tasks as directed
Your background:
-Student Interns taking up Business, Psychology, Computer Science or other related programs
-Has good time management skills and is keen to details
-Tech savvy and can easily learn or follow instructions
-Can communicate effectively and has ability to perform the job with minimal supervision
-With internship requirement of a minimum of 500 hours, can render a minimum of 6-8 hours a day
