Job Description
MTI WATER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of basic HR principles and a commitment to confidentiality.
The position is a 4-month OJT program with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, based in Calamba City, Laguna. Willingness to travel 25% is preferred.
