Job Description
Joii Philippines Inc. provides offshore staffing solutions that allow our Australian builder clients to maximize their resources and profits by leveraging our talented pool of professionals in the Philippines. Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, and Accounting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
- Interact with professionals on niche platforms.
- Send recruiting emails and application updates.
- Assist with giving onboarding kits to new hires.
- Print and consolidate requirements for new hires.
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be currently taking up BS Psychology or any relevant course.
- No work experience required.
- With good communication skills.
- Can work in an office-based set up.
