Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Level (BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related business course);
- Minimum of 300-600 hrs. requirements;
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa City, Laguna and can start the training immediately.
Job Description:
- Assists in administering and interpreting tests to all applicants;
- Involved in recruitment process (hiring/posting/sourcing/encoding);
- Maintains and updates personnel records;
- Encodes new employee information to HRIS;
- Performs 5S in the area of responsibility;
- Other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Updated resume;
- Endorsement letter from the school;
- Waiver from school and parents;
- MOA;
- Birth Certificate (PSA Copy);
- NBI Clearance;
- 1×1 (4 pcs) & 2×2 Pictures (4 pcs).
Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
