Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise the work of Admin personnel who are reporting directly to him/her;
- Prepare employee’s daily time record including payroll slip to Accounting on time for the payroll cut-off.
- Maintain personnel 201 files by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work performance and ways to discipline employees;
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulatory requirements;
- Assist with employee relations issues such as complaints and exit interviewing.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Human Resource Manager.
Additional Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferable Skills:
- Well experience in Policy and Procedure creation.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
- Benefits: Company Christmas gift, On-site parking, Paid training, Pay raise
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Weekends
- Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
