Job Description
Aqua Biological Industries Corporation is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources strategies aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee training programs, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a high-performance culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and HR software proficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,00.00/month with additional benefits including paid training and performance bonuses.
