Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR manager to oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and more. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, conflict resolution, and policy development. Requirements comprise a Bachelor’s degree, HR background, and strong communication skills.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruit top-tier employees
- Provide training, counseling, and coaching to staff
- Resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct performance reviews and manage wages
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR management
