Job Description
1. Maintain and optimize company policies, organization charts, and employee directory, ensure the company is compliance with local regulations.
2. Continuously monitor and review HR policy and procedures, to drive performance and alignment between HR strategy and company business initiatives, and ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
3. Conduct performance and salary reviews, create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date and fit with the company’s development. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the management team.
4. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
5. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and work properly. Implement learning and development policy.
6. Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
7. Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
