Job Description
· Oversee the recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, compliance disciplinary and grievance issues, etc.
· Responsible in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department.
· Implementing and contributing to the development of HR Department goals, objectives, and systems.
· Train and coach employees in proper job performance techniques and methods.
· Responsible for the initial set up of all new HR facility information documents.
· Facilitates resolution of compensation and benefit issues.
· Other duties and required of an HR Department Head.
