Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of process and program of HRD.
- Ensure that the company requirement for manpower are intact.
- Conduct training, counseling, and coaching of company personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Develop and implement clear policies and ensure policy awareness.
- Maintain workplace compliance on health and safety protocol.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Guide human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as HR Manager.
- With a solid background in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- Experience in General Merchandising, Construction, and Factory Setting is an advantage.
- Keen to details and honest.
