Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the growth and success of our employees. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee grievances, managing employee performance, and providing support and guidance to the management team.
