Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance handling and offboarding.
- Develop, review, and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
- Provide HR business partnering, working closely with department managers on HR and admin matters.
- Manage annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, contracts, insurance, and payroll processing.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology
- 1-2 years HR and Administration experience
- Familiar with Philippine labor laws and payroll
- Strong multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
