Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an HR Manager. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include recruiting and hiring new employees, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and providing counseling and coaching to employees and managers.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels are also required.
